EU-directive on cigarette packs

Dear Mr. Commissioner Vella,

in view of the current discussion on an “EU-directive on cigarette packs“ (to standardise cigarette-packs of any brand) I would like to invite you to take the initiative concerning an "EU-ENVIRONMENTAL-DIRECTIVE on CIGARETTE-PACKS" to introduce an “integrated STUBS-BOX“, to protect environment sustainably from "cigarette-stubs-litter" (toxic bombs with more than 1000 pollutants)  → enabling anybody, not to litter cigarette-stubs → all over the country → at any time → without public money !!! → in an autonomous and eco-friendly way.

Thus the "EU-directive" creates an ECOFRIENDLY-CIGARETTE-PACK→environment protection→ all over the country → at any time → without public money !

As the TOBACCO-INDUSTRY earns billions of euros through cigarettes sales, it seems reasonable, that they have to create basic conditions  to the sustinable prevention of cigarette-stubs-litter.→

Precedent: environment protection laws on indusry → laws to prevent emmissions of pollutants, etc.
